You need to send a complaint to the Chairman, SBI with your loan details. And the specific problem you are facing. My father in law faced a problem with his pension. The branch guy was delaying remitance of his pension as bribe amt. was not paid. Sympathize with you on that buddy. Before I took a connection I made it a point to speak to a few friends and find out about the quality of service. Found out that Tata Sky was far better than Dish Tv. Also being in advertising I realised that if a brand needs a famous personality to survive then it... can't be all that good. If your product quality is good then speak about that. Compare your service with the competitor i.e. other satellite tv brands. Don't run down the cable guy. I got good feedback from Tata Sky users and so went in for that. Y not get rid of ur DishTV and get it replaced with Tata Sky. Ask the Tata Sky people if they have any competitive pkg as you would like to shift. No harm in trying, rt? Cheers OllyRead More
