Hi Guys, I will like to answer your queries in this comment on my own product review. TO start with, Anand, you were asking about the sound quality in LCD. We, as customers always complained about the space the CRTs took and wanted something sleek so that we can fit on a wall or in a tight corner. T...he brand guys listened to us and got the TVs so small, that we can carry a box of 42' LCD TV on our own, just one person! We get awesome clarity on the screen and all, but why expect a big sound too. How much can we expect from small speakers placed so strategically in such a slim factor, that it still produces good sound. I suggest not to worry more about sound, rather than go with a 5.1 surround home theater solution with the LCD or LED TV to get the most of sound. Now, the next question from Bildebej, the size of my living room is 11x13 and I sit leaning to the wall which is 11 feet away and then see a clear picture on the 32'. For a 42' I'd say you'd need at least a good 20 feet distance. Bigger than that you should be lucky enough to create your own mini theater room. Good luck! Deepak, yes, the TV does look amazing. What I did was, I placed 3 spot lights over the TV and it looks even more amazing when the spot lights enhance the TV design. I don't use spot lights while watching the TV but just to show off my LCD TV when people get in the house. The spot lights simply are attention grabbers.Read More

Hi Deepak, Good review buddy. I certainly agree with you on the fact that this TV is better than its Sony rival in this range. Have you tried HD 1080P movies on this TV? Exhilirating sound and picture quality. Although sound is not that of a good feature in this TV and I don't expect good sound from... LCD TVs or LED TVs. I mean, cammon, how can you expect DJ type mix sound from speakers that are so small in size? People have to get real when deciding to buy LCDs or LEDs based on sound. Best option is a home theater system for sound to this TV.Read More

Hi Kunal, how did the LCD give up on you? It's working great for me so far. I think I spent a decent amount of money for what I purchased back then. Of course, if you compare the prices now, it would not be fair for what you bought 6 months or a year back. The only reason I did not go for DELL LCD i...s because of the waiting time. I was getting a new pc and was selling off the old one and needed a LCD right there and then. There are things that go bad some times but you cant blame the entire company for it. I'v ehad things from Sony, LG, Samsung that went bad and service was bad. But I never complained because whatever I got off from the product was good quality. Dhaval, although the resolution is high, icons are a little small and so the text, but in Windows XP, you can increase the icon size and text size, so there is no issue with that. In fact, I got used to the small icons and text on my LCD.Read More

Hiya Kweldebs, Good for ya. A monitor is a one time investment and a 21' is really a good option. Reason I did not want to go for a 21' is cause my TV is 21' inch as well. Hey dude, I was readin your review. Nice! I wanted to point out something you said about the spoiler. A spoiler is not a backlight on your car. The backlight is just an option for tall hatchbacks. A spoiler is a kind of wing that is mounted on the rear of the car in a parallel position. Its p...urpose is to provide high speed stability. For most cars, the spoiler is purely superficial; a car has to be speeding over 100 mph to take benefit of the aerodynamics of the spoiler. Some mini-vans also make use of a spoiler, but it's upside down, and angled. The purpose of this type of spoiler is simply to deflect the rain off the rear window. Ciao -KhajaRead More

Hey Senthil, Is this the fist time you've ever written a review? I am a Discover owner myself and mine is the older one with the disc brake. You are right about the disc brake, how it holds well. But isn't that what all disc brakes are supposed to work? It's you, who has to learn to use th...e disc brakes. In a span of 1.6 years, I had just one fall because that too in a turn and there was lots of sand on the road, so I lost traction. Yes, the tires are small in width but then thats no excuse for less grip. Have you checked tires of TVS centra or even splendor? You have to learn to control your bike riding. On turns you slow the bike, don't speed in the beginning of the turn, instead increase speed once your at the end of the turn. The discover I have is black and its still sparkling new and I love the vehicle a lot. The disc brakes do the job well like supposed to. And the tires, I got used to driving with these not-so-wide tires. Lastly, when you drive any bike on Indian roads you are holding your life in your hands. And not just Bajaj Discover. Helmet is the only protection you have. So be very careful, Always! I am no Bajaj fan or a marketing person for Bajaj. With the experience of the Discover vehicle, I wouldn't mind suggesting this to others cause its a great piece of machinery in the 125cc class. Please edit your review and don't contradict your own likes and dislikes. Anyone else who wanna know how the bike is after 1.5 years of usage just mail me: khajster@gmail.com Best regards, Khaja Read More

Hi Abhishek, You know, I've done a lot of research on economical and fuel efficient cars especially the segment containing WagonR, Santro and Indica. Have you ever tried sitting in the Santro. You have to sit with legs cramped and the stick shift is postioned so back you have to bend your arm all... the time. It gets so uncomfortable when driving in traffic and you have to change gears all the time. Yes, there might be a mileage difference of a Kilometer or two but look at the bigger picture. Leg room is superb in the WagonR and when I change gears I don't touch the legs of the side passenger. Also, have you noticed how your leg constantly touches the Center console. Your left leg and the side passengers right leg. Why couldn't santro people think of the basic sitting comfort? I believe, that if the basics are not met, its not worth having a car with so many accessories. Plus, the WagonR beats the Santro hands down on engine performance, A/C and Rear shocks. After doing an extensive report, I narrowed down on the WagonR and am now a proud owner of a Wine red beauty. I upgraded my self from a '95 800 and I wasn't expecting Merc like comfort like other people expect. I knew exactly what I would be getting and what I wanted. I am real happy with my choice. I sincerely hope everyone give time and do some research before going for any vehicle. Our market is really extensive and every car out there is a winner for some. But some are good decisions that only experience can buy. -KhajaRead More

Hey Technophile, First off congrats on getting this neat handset. I bought this three weeks ago and lemme tell you my experiences comparing yours. Yes, the battery life couldve been better on this little wonder, but imagine if it had a a bigger battery. It wouldnt be slim now would it. Hey ...you want style you have to give away something. If you wanted battery powr, the communicator aint that bad, I heard. But would you wanna carry a compass nox every where you go. Also, the battery for the 6131 aint as expensive as its USB cable - Rs.600. Yeah, I was pretty shocked too when I was searching the box for the Data cable. I called the dealer immediately and found out that the box contains everything that it has written on it. And the Cable was not part of the package. Sad, yeah, but i sold my old phone at the same place and got a 256 MB memory card and the Cable. Also, I got the bluetooth dongle before i got the cable. THe Bluetooth dongle works great. I get transfer rate of ~80 Kbps and its awesome with no cables when you want to copy pics or vids or songs to and fro the pc. The cable came in handy synching with my outlook contacts and notes. 11MB is enough if you are not adventurous, but if you want more get more. Simple as that! I got a 256 MB card, some 30 odd songs, lots of videos and images and still have about 100 MB left, not sure what to do. Plus accessing the memory isnt a hassel at all. I have video ringtones that are accessed from the memory card and when someone calls the videos come up instantly. Accessing it is like accessing a folder on your pc. Really fast. No issues there. Also, it takes time to get to know something thats new in the market. Take some time and understand the product before jumping to conclusions. Great review, would love read other reviews from you.
