I haven't received my final bills yet... I received mail stating the final invoice is couried about 2 months back and till date I haven't received it. not sure from which continent is that courier is sent that it is taking 2+ months and till date it is not delivered to the customer.

APHS team took care to get my doors painted; but still the final look of the house after the paint is still very bad. the paint is uneven and the in some areas like master bedrrom paint of wall is smeared on ceiling... After the complete painting work was done and after the painters left I realized ...my doorset locks of balconies and bedroom were not working as the paint was smeared into them and when i called Yugender he told he'll send the contractor on 19th to my place to check and get that rectified. he was not understanding that I can't leave my balcony doors open and go out; so I got that rectified myself by putting in 1500 rupees towards getting them corrected. today morning the contractor came for inspection. I raised the issue on 18th and the contractor came on 20th so inshort I was asked to stay in a house with open balconies. the most irrating part of all this the calls we get from the customer care and they say that your complaint is taken care and we are closing it... without any knowledge they just want to get rid of the situation without any resolution. i want the APHS team to review the final output and get the necessary corrections.Read More
