They take X days and inform that we are cancelling the order as stock is not available and will ask customers not to worry as they money is covered under 'Trust Pay'. This happend to me also. They will make us wait for 10-15 days and finally say that the Item is not in stock. I don't know whey they put the item and collect money for items which are not in stock. And they say order are protected by trust pay. What does trust pay do when snapdeal doesn't have any c...ommitment for the customers orders. People are delivering items in 1-2 days and snapdeal is taking 10-15 days to ship a particular order and says that the item is not available. Don't know how they will survive going forward. They need to scale up before they are a legacy.Read More

Hey, Got a call from Homeshop18 y'day. Saying that there was a confusion in the order number check if I prefer replacement or refund. I said I am ok with replacement and I got the new product today. Looks like a super quick resolutions after waiting for 18 days.

What the............! when they don't manufacture in India why do they want to sell in India? Corporate s want to make money out of India and they don't want to serve the customers in India. Even though if the component is not manufactured in India Hitachi can ship the component to India from across... the globe in 2 days. Then what the meaning of a global company. They have offices across the globe and they cannot supply spares in India and serve the customer in India. Hitachi charges super premium price for their brand and claim that they need to pay more custom duty as the unit is fully imported. I feel we are paying double the price for this and getting to see this type of attitude from them is not acceptable.Read More

People in the Suzuki service center feel as if they are from MARS. I dont know why they feel so great abt themselves. They dont bother what we are telling they come out with stupid reason. As if we are all fools and we dont know anything about a basic 2 wheeler. Many of the service centers in Hydera...bad doesn't allow customers inside the workshop as if we are thevies who would flick the IP of SUZUKI. SUZUKI India need to wake up and see that all spares are available. They made a late entry so to cover up the late entry and to sustain in the competitive market they need to have a proactive Customer Support. SUZUKI should understand that your attitude doesn't help you to grow your customer would help you to grow.Read More

Hey - Using half Clutch is not recommended. it will spoil ur Clutch plate. but at time when you have to stop at a signal which has a slope back wards. v have to maintain a half clutch. we dont hav choice. and at that time its better to use half clutch in first gear. cos as mention above gear ratio ...is high in first gear. this atleast reduces load on engine and saves you some fuel tooo.
