Order no. 2825897208. This is my second review of Snapdeal.com in just one month's time. Ordered for three items in the above mentioned order. 1)Wipro Spiral CFL 15w, 20w and 23 w 3 items each, 2) Baltra Rice Cooker and 3) Wipro CFL Classic(normal) on  12th September 2014. Received the items between 17th - 23rd September.


Now let me tell you what I have received 1) Instead of Wipro Spiral CFL I have received a mix of Spiral and normal Wipro CFL. I hope most of you know that there is a huge price difference between spiral cfl and normal cfl. I cannot understand how they can deliver a normal CFL when the order was made for Spiral CFL. This is just to cheat people by charging for one product and delivering an other product(Cheaper). 2) I have received a badly damaged Baltra cooker on 23rd September(after 12 days of order)


I have returned all the items of Wipro spiral cfl and Baltra rice cooker except for the item 3) Wipro cfl classic(between18th Sept to 30th Sept) even till today the refund is not processed and the only communication which I receive from Snapdeal is 'Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced we are processing your request'


I am not sure how many days this processing will take. It took 15 days to receive the wrong/damaged items and don't know how many days the refund process will take. When I call the customer care they say'don't worry your money is covered under trust pay' I am not worried about my money I am worried about my items which I have ordered. You will not give the right item, will not process the refund. I am struck with about 5000 rupees in your hand. Which I would have bought it from any other website and got the items long back. I request you to please process my refund and I will promise you that I will not come back to snapdeal and waste my time. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE STOP THIS TIME PASS ACTIVITY AND SHOW SOME COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER'S ORDERS, TIME AND MONEY. PLEASE DON'T TAKE ORDERED WHEN YOU CANNOT DELIVER THE RIGHT PRODUCT ON TIME
