I am a regular shopper on Homeshop18. Recently about 45 days back I ordered a Oriental Jin Plu Body Scrub For Glowing Skin(Pack Of 2) .worth 1099 but I only received one body scrub instead of two and the same day I registered complaint with HS18.


Till date I haven't received any resolution from them. I was getting messages stating your order is again dispatched and will reach you and after 2 days I got a message stating due to some reason we are not able to dispatch your order; I called up HS18 customer care line and spoke a rep and informed we are again re dispatching your order so call up after 5 days to know more details.


I called almost after 8 days and this time I was adamant to speak to a manager and my line after a long hold was transferred to Geeta from escalation desk; she checked the status and informed that the product is out of stock and once it is available we will deliver it. On hearing this statement I told her I will not be able to follow up again and again on this; so she agreed to issue a voucher worth 500 and I would receive the voucher after 3 days through mail.


So after 5 days I called to check the status as I did not received the mail; and this time the call was received by Akansha and she gave me information that your product is getting delivered; I narrated her the whole story and requested her to transfer my call to Geeta; she was hesitant to transfer and she kept on hold for about 15 mins and after that she came back and told I'll not transfer the call as the lines are and will not be able to keep your call on hold now so you call us later.


I told her to tell the story to her supervisor and transfer my call; instead of trying to convince to call later; in amidst of all these conversations she disconnected my call.


I am very much bugged up as to what is happening on my complaint because I am getting 2 sets of information from reps and supervisor.


Reps tell your product is getting dispatched and supervisor tells it is out of stock.


I need a resolution for my query ASAP.
