The same is going on with me right now. Every month they are included some VAS charges which I never ask for. They promise me that these charges will be removed from next month, and then you will not receive any further charges. But each month I have to call them to explain the situation and nothing... been working out now. I am waiting for my current bill to arrive and will disconnect the broadband. Its better to live without broadband than to take tention and call the customer care every month.Read More
