I recently purchased Euroke Forbes Trendy Nano Vacuum Cleaner on May 2, 2011.  I called the customer service for the demo request on May 2nd 2011. The agent noted my concern and provided me a reference number #84756205.


I was educated that one of the representatives will visit to my place within 2 working days. After endless waiting, I called them again and they again assured me that my concern has been forwarded on priority basis and the agent will visit today. However, no one ever called or came for the demo request.


I called the customer service for fourth time and was finally provided a phone number of their agent who deals in demo services. The representative told me that the demo request is not entertained from the service center. I was shocked to hear this. If the demo request is not entertained from the customer service, why I was provided the reference number in first place and kept me on hold for almost 2 weeks.


I called the agent "Vishal” at 91-9250xxxxxx and he told me in very rude manner, he is not dealing in any demo request. He provided me another number of an agent “Rajiv -9990xxxxxx” and asked to contact him.


I was already frustrated with such lame responses from their customer services. However, I still called the other guy and voila. What a bad customer service, rude and pathetic way to talk to the customer just for a demo request? This guy was totally rude and disgusting in the way he treated me over the call.


Are these customer services representatives are crazy? Or it’s just that once the product is sold they don’t even bother to care about their customers.


It was my biggest mistake to purchase product from Euroke forbes and I wish I would not have purchased it.


The Vacuum cleaner box is still closed and lying unused as I really don’t know how to make use of it. It’s just complete waste of money to buy products from Euroke Forbes as they are only interested in selling their products, and not interested to provide customer service.
