despite repeated follow ups and over 50 complains club mahindra customer care did not bother to resolve the issue or even tried to make an attempt towards attending the concerns.what is even worse is they closed the complain down without even attempting to follow up or call me.just passed on 0.8 day...s as resort credit without evn taking my consent. PS .. THE ABOVE REVIEW IS ON THE CLUB MAHINDRA CUSTOMER CARE .. I MUST HOWEVER CLARIFY THAT THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL INCLUDING THE MANAGER MR TRILOK WERE VERY HELPFUL. well i slightly disagree with your clutch experience ... i own a petrol linea and the clutch is as good as SX4 or city for that matter ... i had test driven both the diesel and petrol but since my daily commute is approx 30kms i chose the petrol ... yes the ground clearance for petrol is slightly mo...re than the diesel ... I have this car for approx 2 months now ,it is slightly underpowered esp on the 1st and 2nd gear but that i beleive is intentional to improve fuel efficiency but at high speeds trust me this car has a far superior control than an SX4 ... i have driven this on the highway for approx 300 kms over the weekend it was an amazing experience and i dint feel it was underpowered at all ... turning radius is high cos this car is longer than a CIVIC dude infact it is an inch longer than an innova measure it if you want ...Read More

Also looking at your review ...you have rated space inside at 3 ... tell me which car in this segment offers more space ... this car is longer than a civic and Altis ... reliability at 1 ... man with abs ebd, airbags and a fabulous fiat engine not sure what you expect on reliability ... i find this ...more reliable than the much lighter japanese cars in its segment ...comfort at 2 ... have you tried fitting in 3 ppl at the back of an sx4 ?? and what is it that you would look for more comfort in this car that is offered by its peers ? fuel efficiency at 1 is a shocker .. I dont think even i got a figure of 5 even when i took the car out of the showroom ... trust me this car definately gives a better mileage than sx4 ... Dealer aspect i completely agree ... im due my first service next month and im sure ill be extremely disappointed ... cos i know the service centre will be full of call centre indicas and meru cabs indigos ... so i have no high expectations from the dealer ... but a point to be noted ... which car offers such wider service intervals and such long warranties in this segment ... Sorry to say my friend but i really think that either you have really got the wrong car from the wrong dealer ... i know of atleast 10 ppl who have this car and have no such problems ... Im surprised with this review ... I own a Linea emotion petrol myself and have clocked 1400 kms so far .. I have written a comprehensive review myself ... I agree with the dealer aspect but i disagree with you on all other points ... My car so far has given me a mileage of 9 kml in city ... over... this weekend a few of us drove the car from mumbai to silvasa ... the car gave me an avg of 12+ ... we had 5 ppl in the car and i was driving at 120 kmh and the car was in immculate control ... the AC is not a problem at all ... yes it is not very powerful but it is quiet good ... the car as per me is the best in its class ....Read More

@Dinzaach82 , well when you buy the car from the dealer the dealer will give you a total price which includes insurance as well ... in the price list the insurance wud be approx 25-27k ... you could tell him you would not want to go for ins from the dealer ... and approach reliance or icici lomba...rd directly ... they wud offer you the same product for approx 10 k lesser .... the only thing is you need to confrim with the dealer if you do this will he still give you cashless service on your ins claims ...
