These are false promises they are offering you , very soon you are going hear from that , they will give you credit to book tickets through their sites or will send you coupons to trap you again or they will charge you high price for cancellation. Mr Bharat please try to get everything on the paper ...and if you are not getting your money back ,contact to consumer court for getting refund.Read More

They wont come back by 24 hours . wait and watch . I am waiting for 3 weeks to get my refund back but didnt get till now. Please it is my advice to everybody never book your hotels and air ticket through these sites . Try to book ur tickets directly through airline website or local IATA agents of yo...ur cities . Also post your problem on the FB to make aware your friends /relatives so they won't trap in this problem.Read More

Goibibo is company in Haryana and the staff is trained for cheating. They are tracking your credit card information . Please never book your ticket through these sites .they are cheap agents , these coupons are their marketing strategy to attract customers to trap you .

Ms Vagisha as per your communication , i shared with you my booking id and you promised me you will get back to me with results by 24 hours . it is already more than 120 hrs ( working hours) . I didn't get any reply from your end . It is more than 15 days we are following up with you , but it is rea...lly waste. Your management is behaving shameless. Why did you ask me the booking id when you don't want to take any action.I spoke with Biji hotels management also , they informed me that Goibibo got hotel room on very less price which i paid . they didn't tell me the amount because it was against the policy and they told me i should get refund from Goibibo.Read More

Ms. Vagisha last 10 days i am following up with customer care agent with booking id and in the common forum you didnt asked me booking id , You started replying me back that we have already communicated for this problem. You can't refund and all bla bla.......... My booking id is HTLZRASZJ4 . Hope y...ou will refer now correct issue and can solve the problem.Read More
