Goibibo.com is a travel booking like others yatra.com, travel.bixee.com.
The rates given at the portal may be less than any other agents though a max of Rs 200 less
But, the services offered by goibibo.com is more than pathetic.
To prove this, just go to their website and look for the following items that I observed
1.) Head Office Address is given but no Contact Information of the same.
2.) Only one call center number is given and that too present in bangalore and sometimes not reachable
3.) No response from their customer care executives if there is any problem in the ticket information etc.
4.) No e-mails after you post a query there on the portal.
5.) The Information you fill via goibibo of the passengers vary to a great extent when you confirm the same with the airlines.
6.) No support from goibibo.com executives after reservation bookings.That makes a customer left irritating and frustating in the end.
Please check the few points above before booking a ticket or availing their services.
