Goibibo agents are trained to cheat customers. I feel very angry when i see their advertisement on TV channels. They are big cheaters in this country .

fraud company and running on cheating module .big cut and commission on the tickets.This company is not IATA approved and it is just website run by 2/3 Techie guys

To attract people Goibibo is showing low fare prices on their website but actually they don't have tie up or tickets from airlines . Avoid using these sites

The web team is useless and they don't have any power /authority to resolve the problems. Better to book tickets directly from airline websites.

I spoke with customer care agent and he said that promotion codes didn't apply because Goibibo got the ticket on higher price from Airlines. That is not my headache Goibibo site is showing false low prices to attract customers but while booking you are charing high price . It is waste time to speak ...with customer care agents and management team . Better we should learn the lesson from these mistakes that we should avoid using Goibibo site and should directly through AIrline websites.Read More
