Why dont you check up with your company whether this is resolved instead of writing here? IFB took my machine for repair and kept it for 3-4 days to test but when it came back the temperature control has stopped working. It has been 2 weeks since I reported it to IFB call center as well as the servi...ce center but till date nobody has visited or called me after that. I would not recommend IFB to anybody. I sorely regret my decision of spending so much on a washing machine which is by far of poor quality than most other brands available in the market and the company does not really care about resolving issues but just keeps messaging on social forums that they 'regret the inconvenience caused and apologize for it'.Read More
Called up the branch and again they are sending an engineer. Don't know when my saga will end.
The machine just ran fine yesterday one time when it ran for 3 hrs(in quick wash) but now again the machine is jumping 4-5 inches from ground.
Also, the service engineer told me that since the back panel of my machine is bent, a certain ring of the machine had to be trimmed. He has told me that it should 'work for now'. I asked about when he will do a permanent solution to the same and he said no permanent solution is required and that if ...I face any problems, I should let him know. Today the service engineer visited and replaced the front door of my washing machine.
