I bought IFB Elena SX 6 KG in september 2012 from Pune Central. It is less than a year and the motor of the machine was acting up making the machine jump at least 5 inches from the ground while spinning, so much that the machine has broken itself already.
The front door is broken and the water was spilling out and the back side of the machine is also broken. One leg of the machine was broken. The service engineer from IFB came to repair the machine and has managed to break the door completely and the machine is not even usable now.
Harshali Ugale, the region head of Pune area was the person being tried to contact by the IFB customer care and for 3 days she was either not answering her phone half the times or she was reachable by customer care but she did not bother to call me.
Finally when I lost my temper, she came on the phone and she asked for 24 hrs to check what can be done. Next day she called me and told me that she can neither repair, replace or refund. I have lost Rs. 23, 000 on this garbage product which I bought thinking that I was going to get value for my money.
NEVER EVER BUY AN IFB PRODUCT!
