I too have read the original Devdas and couldnt quite digest the siuted booted DD as shown in the movie.Also , dialogues like ' mujhe achha nahin lagta tumhe koi aur chhuye' are totally against the fibre of the DD we are accustomed with. SLB has ruined the novel.
