The best is undoubtedly the BIG B.Even today, he makes hearts stop.His sheer screen presence is enough to apark off fire works.In the new and more recent genre, I could think of the following names:
1) Ajay Devgan-amazing transformation from the lanky, ugly college guy in Phool aur Kaante to the mind-boggling performer in Deewangee.
2)Aamir Khan - fits in any kind of role.From the suave, hep Akaash of DCH to the rustic Bhuvan of Lagaan.
3)Anil Kapoor - once again, good portrayal of all kinds of roles.
4) Salman Khan - Bollywood did not understand this man's true potential.
5) Shahrukh Khan - good , but stereotyped.
