what crap, this is the standard answer given by insurance companies ' we have forwarded your complaint to the concern team', i was just thinking of taking out a policy under AVIVA just decided to check the net for reviews, thank you shall not proceed with this company also I sugeest you should ca...tch a decent lawyer and immediately file a suit for the amount they owe you + damages of 50 lacs, all consumer courts finish the matter within a year for these type of cases.
