@rajkanuri Average life of laptop is - 2 yrs. Not 6 months. If other people are having same problems in so small time period like 6 months, its first the laptop which sucks, then their service.. probably because of too much complaints to handle

HP support sucks from what I an many other users have experienced. They have good support for software or drivers, but if their's some problems in your hardware, even if its under warranty, the chances are - your laptop will spend months in HP support center.

Answers to each of their questions:: We are here to explain you what happed with this user (MouthShut Id = max2k2) We are very amazed to see that this user never contacted us for any grievance, He should contacted us before posting this material, which can cause the major harm for Webcom Systems.... I CONTACTED THEM 1000 TIMES FOR A LOT OF THINGS BUT THEIR SUPPORT ALWAYS SAID ME THAT THEY HAVE INFORMED TO SENIORS AND THEY WILL SOLVE THINGS, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ???? Who is This person (Mouth Shut ID = max2k2) ? , He is the other hosting company, I will recommend you to visit the website again....its promotion company We have called them atleast 10 times by phone during their account setup and explained them everything. (about the actual bandwith given to a reseller and all other facts), even we had mailed them many times for different issues. Very good lie... they called me once... about bandwidth problem, and in begining they gave me wrong information about account . Thats why i buyed their account because it looked attractive to me. .......... THEY HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR THE REFUND .................. .............. AND TILL NOW THE RESELLER ACCOUNT IS RUNNING ON OUR SERVERS ...... I asked them 3 times, and they said.. its not possible.. He wrote this bad thing after we have suspended his site because he was SPAMMING from our server, as Webcom takes spammers very seriously. That was not my site, it was my clients website and its not a reason for writing this review. And for your kind information, he have not spammed to any emails. It was an opt-in database of emails. (Before posting this message we tried to contact him on phone, but he was not picking the phone) I think this can be a problem with me, because i am available on phone only after 10 PM. your 24 hr support can call me after that... ---------------------------- i think cyenergy guy is right and you havnt said anything against what all he had written about webcom people.
