Webcom is famous and one of the most reputed Web Hosting Companies in India. We are dealing with thousands of clients from India and World. Many top corporate sites as well as many Government of India , Sate Government, Public Sector Units and NGO's sites are running on our servers.
We understand that the customer satisfaction is must and customer grievance must be handled in a way to provide him satisfaction and to retain the goodwill.
We are not here to fight, but some times the explanation is necessary.. when person is no other but is a bad competitor.
We are here to explain you what happed with this user (MouthShut Id = max2k2)
We are very amazed to see that this user never contacted us for any grievance, He should contacted us before posting this material, which can cause the major harm for Webcom Systems.
Who is This person (Mouth Shut ID = max2k2) ? , He is the other hosting company,
The company he belongs to is GIGAPROMOTERS (https://gigapromoters.com)
We have called them atleast 10 times by phone during their account setup and explained them everything. (about the actual bandwith given to a reseller and all other facts), even we had mailed them many times for different issues.
.......... THEY HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR THE REFUND ..................
.............. AND TILL NOW THE RESELLER ACCOUNT IS RUNNING ON OUR SERVERS ......
He wrote this bad thing after we have suspended his site because he was SPAMMING from our server, as Webcom takes spammers very seriously.
WHAT IS A MAIL SPAM? : Sending mails to thousands of people who you don't know, intentionally done, bad marketing strategies, Cause Network Jam and Denial of Services for the other users who are looking for the services, Can Cause Server Down.

In this mail He was saying to start the mail services from IP, which was not possible for us. We knew this why he wanted the services so we had already warned him and told him to read the antispam policy.
