A Mid Summer Day's Dream

Jul 15, 2015 12:33 AM

thumbs up Women unfortunately do not find the idea of escaping into man (or woman) cave too appealing, hence they prefer to argue! As people say, women are complicated and always take a more difficult route :( But truly humorous,,,, and yet another stroke of fine writing, that makes a few minutes... of reading utterly enjoyable!Read More

I'm Better Than Bhagat :-P

Mar 27, 2015 05:23 PM

:) ofcourse, i can spare few minutes on this Just two days ago while leaving tamilnadu we were stopped by the police at check point. Although they let us away in a few seconds, I saw other cars being stopped and their number being noted. Later we were told that people stab each other because of diff...erent caste. Is caste so important? It is so there. In a while we were travelling in train from one small town to another and I saw a lady ticket collector. It is impossible to find a lady driving a bus in Delhi, but here, women are safer. Garbage disposal and pollution problems are staring at Bangaloreans, even as the garden city's parks are drooping. Littering is a norm at this place. I have not been to other places, so cannot comment about them. Monsters chase you everywhere, but in different forms. I am still surprised that there existing Indian parasites in those days... and the only regret of not being born in olden days was that I could not experience a corrupt free, sincere and honest India..!! Even if it did, it might have been far and few between.Read More

I think... the need of the hour was something else then... and now it is something else. One common belief of ''securing freedom united the country then. But now, every state has a different problem, most of which are not easy to solve. Even if one moves forward, there are many to pull him backward.... That actually discourages people. All I realize is that one must use the talent and skill one acquires for betterment of the country as a whole.Read More

Somehow,,, this plot looks somewhat familiar like an old wine in a new bottle.... it might have niche readers or may g...et famous to..Read More

Wow great post.... BTW, just a while ago I was planing to watch the movie 'Sardar' our great national leader ''Sardar Patel'' had thought of unifying India,,, diversity is the motherland's strength and today diverse word is slowly changing into 'divorce' from Bharat as every state / culture getting ...desperate for individual identity. Who knows what is the fate of the country? But the need of the hour is another ''Sardar Patel'' to unify and make one look beyond religion.Read More

@toothless huh? Anything which is about to get disastrous has little scope of being noted down, it was sheer luck that the dish tasted good. Next time before trying anything new, i will arm myself with a paper and pencil.BTW, I did not know your passion for sweet dish!

@jmathur Mathurji,, you won't believe but you read this blog exactly a year later. And today a little girl of one and a half who is a favourite playmate of my son came across another child who had turned just four months and her tiny fingers softly patted the fluffy and tender cheeks of the four mon...th old... such sights are so overwhelmingly honest and tender.Remembered this blog againRead More
