my leakage problem adjusted without any repair...thank god.
i recently made a highway trip..a small trip 168 kms... except some back pain due to longtime traveling the bike is sturdy and cool all the way
no vibrations till 65 kmph( above 65 i dont know ) and i think mileage is abov...e 75 ...

i am also the owner of discover 100.
my advice is make a high way trip with your bike and many of your problems will be solved.
vibrations will be reduced greatly till 60 kmph even.
starting problem also vanishes.
hey the bike goes very fast comparatively with other 100cc ones.

my bike bike had still petrol leakage problm but it gets adjusted in a couple of days...
when i fill more amount of petrol it leaks and adjusts.....can u guess the reason...is any pipe is broken.....???
another thing i completed 1800km and 2 services...i am g...etting a mileage of about 70+ many a times but not 75 or 80....are u still getting 80 ???
i am living in Vijayawada , Andhra pradesh ....i dont have shell petrol here...i fill up with normal petrol at indian oil station....normal petrol only but not any speed or other ......advice me bro...bye...take careRead More

hai mirrage...i am observing petrol leakage from the nob where we turn to reserve/ on / off ...do u got me.....this is repeated after many days ...1 thing i found is i used to fill my bike with 1 ltr when i go to station every time i hitted reserve...but this time i filled with around 4 ltr above re...serve and from next day leakage started....does this mean anything ?.......plz help me bro..Read More

hai frend congrats for u r first bike...i also own this bike...i am a collg guy and my daily trip would be barely around 10-15 km per day.....
1 think i want to say is ....i don't know how to drive my bike when i brought it...my parents insisted me to learn on used bike and then go for a new one.......they mean ....when learning on a new bike we would definitely go beyond specified limitations like those said in manual....like in 1 gear 10km....2-20km...3-30km....4-40km..5-50km....like these.....
but to say frankly i violated these marks and even roused 20 km on 1 gear....so unbearable noise and engine stress..
i used this bike as roughly as no one can even dare on a new bike.....so with these rough things and with just 88kms i gave for 1 service as days rolled out..
i measured recently at 120 km or some thing....mileage i got is 65 kmpl....thank god... with such a rude driving i got 65 km....i asked many people they replied me that it would increase to 80+ after 2 service...
so my dear frend with harsh driving also i got better mileage...but you dont make these things....i dont know this might harmed my engine....be follow the manual instrutions and keeep u r bike serviced regularly..
hey one more thing about stops at decelerating is ..when idling was kept low petrol will be spilled less...so mechanic might raised u r idling for not stopping ur bike... i tooo faced this problm...but i use electric start immediately and this works for me....bye frendRead More

hey bab-som i own this bike ...another thing this is not my review ...if u read this review completly and the comments u can understand this ...i think it is single-cradle down-tube frame similar to the discover 110 but with significant tweaks which make the new bike feel more planted and returns ac...curate feedback.( source : zigwheels , auto magazine )Read More

hey mirrage...i gave my bike to servicing and they have done a good job on it and my bike was now tuned to perfect idling and i am feeling really very very low vibrations almost nil till 50 kmph....but at this point of time with hitting just 85 km i can't push my bike further.i am so happy with my b...ike.Read More

hai bro....today also my bike refused to remain started after starting but i my self changed idling a little bit and my bike remained for 2-3 min and was not stopping,,,,so idling caused my bike to stop.....another thing i always used side stand ....after your comments i now made it rest on center s...tand...lets see what happens tomorrow morning...another thing i will give to servicing in 2-3 days....bye bro ...take careRead More

hai mirrage, i found some problems in my bike...petrol is found leaking and one of my bike's position lamp is broken...i went to showroom and said my problems ....they refused to change my lamp for free but charged 30/- rs ...the station guy adjusted the nuts for perfect locking of petrol but i agai...n found it to be leaking ...2 morrow i am going to give it for 1 servicing as 30 days went on...but i traveled just 85 km....another thing the service station guy had adjusted my idling but i got new problm ie.. my bike is stopping after 2 min from starting if dont make it move...i think u understood... u said 2 remain for 2-3 min after first start but before that bike is stopping....can u suggest any thing in my case...also it is raining all the way todayRead More

so does this changes are related to speed...if i go beyond 50 kmph then i get changes in mileage??
kk then i will see this and if required i too will make changes in my bike !!!
well i had still doubt in morning startings....u once said after starting the engine leave it for 2-3 min for warmin...g it up ...why so ??
also in bike manual it was mentioned that after starting the bike in mornings drive with idle rpm::1400 around ....so what the equivalent speed for this rpm...i think 20-25 kmph....do u know it ??

does this increment in idilng will effect any parameters like mileage , performance , etc...??
i mean when we are in high gear and moving in low speeds we need idilng..as per u...hence i got this question..whether this changing in carburetor will change ...anything in bike...???
or even me can make changes in carburetor for increasing idilng which can reduce the noise at low speeds in top gears ??Read More
