Sai , i am fine. Hope the same with u. Sorry for the late response. My bikes mileage has constantly been between 70-72 kms since the 3rd month of purchase. I get mixed views from people at bajaj that you should use fuel with additives or you shouldn't use. But i use only speed , cause it gives t...he bike little more power and mileage. You can try and see if u feel any change in the bikes performance. The leakage is something i have to find out. I'll surely find out about it and get back to you soon.Read More

In my case the mileage came down after 2nd service ! it might work vice versa in your case ! Wait until the 2nd service and check ! Else try using Shell Petrol and see if it makes a difference ! I dont think there should be any problem with the bike ! And yeah getting mileage doesn't only depend on ...45-50 km speed , it also depends on gear shifting , tyre pressure , slow acceleration , minimum sudden braking etc...Read More

Hey Vinith ! Well not sure why you getting a mileage of 65 km/l. My bike used to give me around 78 km/l initially , after 2 months and till date i am getting mileage of 70 km/l/. My Bike is now 6 months old. May be u should try changing the fuel brand. Try Bharat Petroleum. That is what i use now , ...though initially i used Shell Petrol !Read More

Hey Pappu ! The hotel that Jayanta mentioned is not far away from the sea but not near to any beach! A hotel named Waves is hardly 500 mts away from a beach called Corbyns Cove , there is another hotel called Sinclair which has a beautiful sea view and is relatively close to the beach ! Hey Sumeet ! Ride Control Switch is just to help u attain better mileage , but honestly speaking its not of much use ! When the ride control switch is turned on it gives a slight resistance to your acceleration at a certain degree which mentally reminds you that if u accelerate beyond this then ...the fuel consumption would increase ! This switch has nothing to do with the engine performance ! I have always kept it off and have got the mileage that i had mentioned in the review ! Very truly said Mihir ! If one notices , all the basic model of HH has the same engine with exact specs ! All they differ is in the quality of the parts and stickers ! Take the Splendor for eg. Hey Sai ! Don't think that u are disturbing me ! I have no problem in sharing whatever knowledge i have ! Well i cannot comment anything on petrol leakage as i am not sure about the reason ! Get it checked thoroughly by Bajaj Service Engineers ! But anyways try to keep the bike upright always ! I...f u see to the right side of your bike just below the place where u have the neutral light u would find a sticker asking the owner to keep the bike upright always to avoid leakage ! The station guy might have reduced the idling or may be the problem might be cause of heavy rain ! And if its raining heavily then you would have to start the bike a couple of times and accelerate slightly as soon as the bike starts and then leave it idle for 2-3 min ! I am also facing the same problem due to heavy rain in chennai ! And yeah the indicators have no warranty so the owner would be charged for changing it !Read More
