At 300Rs, anything you get is a bonus... try paying 5000X2 tickets and be denied the boarding pass while 3 guys ahead of you get it and then be denied a refund and told by the front desk that someone will be here to talk to you and no one does for 30mins and then when you walk to a senior person, he... says we dont care about you... do what ever you want... And this has been experienced my many people as obvious from all the comments seen here.Read More

I have never had a worse experience in my life. Even government offices treat you with more respect than the staff at their checkin counter.
