Really Bad IFB customer service, poor escalation

I have similar experience with IFB Services. Complaint Number 14059349 for clothes dryer logged on 19th October 2014 is still not resolved. My wife spoke to the assigned technician Nadeem (Mobile 9591829032). He wants my wife to check with their service center and revert to him if the spare part has... arrived. Only then will he come and attend to the problem. When told that it is his job to do so, he retorts 'You want the problem resolved, NOT ME.. So you call the service center and revert to me'. I have escalated to Hemanth - Service Manager (Mobile 9742777077) but still no action yet. Never ever buy IFB Products.Read More
