If it works, all is well. The moment there is a problem, only God save us. Very Poor Service and Technical Support. The Service is outsourced to franchisees. They don't have the know-how or the skills to rectify a problem. They shoot in the dark and ask us to change parts, which cost upwards of Rs. 4000. When they say they will come the next day with the spare parts, they invariably don't turn up for days. When we question them they complain against us to their managers saying that we don't pay their service charges. Their Franchisee owner for my location has been extremely rude and needs some training on customer handling. He bluntly told me that he deliberately did not get my problem attended because I don't pay the service charges, which is a blatant lie. I have IFB Dishwasher, IFB Washing Machine and IFB Clothes Dryer. When I buy so many IFB equipment, this is the type of after sales support I get from IFB. My current problem has remained open for 12 days now without being attended to in spite of I logging a ticket at their service center and following up repeatedly. I would strongly advise buyers to go for other brands. Stay away from IFB.
