Product: IFB Elite 5KG. I have raised a complaint for my IFB washing machine service on 7th October, 2014. But the issue is still not solved. Couple of technicians visited and tried to look at the issue some three weeks back.
One person diagnosed it to be control board being faulty while another came and said drum bearing is gone bad. And they said they would return back with spare and never showed back. Looks like IFB doesn't have any control over the third party Franchisee contracted to service IFB products. I am tired of calling the call center who only have apologetic "sorry" and no action.
I was directed to call the regional service manager Mr. Suraj for escalating this complaint(contact number: 7483151998), whom I called at least three times some ten days back. No use. After about a week I called his manager Mr. Santosh. Again, he kept saying that he is looking into the matter and that he would call me back. No one ever called back. All of these guys looks really irresponsible and helpless.
When I called their customer care again two days back they told me that my service complaint 13960751 has been closed! I have even written to customerservice@ifbglobal.com but no use.
The conclusion is no escalations work with IFB and I get a assured pathetic service from IFB every time my IFB product breaks down. Why should we buy or even recommend others to buy your products?Never ever buy IFB products, you will definitely loose your peace of mind!
