I have been facing two problems for more than 3 months(Since December 2014). Second HD Set Top Box does not deliver channels. It hangs or freezes image or there is no sound.
First HD+ Set Top Box(with Recording Facility) makes Noise. Logged complaints with Tata Sky many times. Their technicians came, saw but were not able to resolve my problems.
Recently they changed the 2nd Set Top Box and charged me Rs. 350. It did not solve the problem. Again on 7th March they changed the 2nd Set Top Box and said they will not charge me for this change because the first change did not resolve the problem. Surprisingly today morning I have been charged Rs. 350 for the 2nd Set Top Box change also. This in spite of the technician confirming to me yesterday that I will not be charged for the second set top box change and I mentioning it in the service report.
The problem with noise in the 1st Set Top Box remains unsolved. None of their technicians is capable of diagnosing or trouble shooting the issue.
My demand: Refund the Rs. 350 charged towards 2nd set top box change, as this second change was done due to Tata Sky being unable to resolve the problem with the first change. Refund the Rs. 204 charged each month from December 2014(total Rs. 610) towards 2nd TV connection, as I have not been able to see any programs on this TV since Dec 2014.
Tata Sky Service Quality is very poor and they are becoming unethical.
