Government guideline rate is only 500 per Sqft for the land in ammapet. Ammapet is where Ceedeeyes Chennai Pattinam is planned. Ceedeyes planned to complete both Phase 1 and Phase 2 in twitter years. Ceedeeyes started Chennai Pattinam project in year 2007. It is almost 6 years now. It completed p...hase 1 just now. They don't have plans of phase 2 for at least 2 years from now. So at least 8 more years for phase 2 to complete. Only 90 families occupied out of 1400 Plot built in phase 1. They have not sold at least 30 percent of phase 1 projects.Read More
