Ceedeeyes - Chennai

This is quite surprising given the quality of buildings that they construct...CDS guys are capable of setting this up by relatives, employees ..... .I definitely suggest that any genuine biuyer should verify the following buidlings some of the constructions they did a) Ceedeeyes Regal Palm - ...Supposed to be a township but what a shame!!! completed in 2002 it still reeks of very bloatful construction materials ....last heard we heard the employee associations have gone to courts for this... b) Ceedeeyes evergreen...constructed in 2003, it still has got all the elements of misconstructions. ...i know owners spent their own money to set right the damages repair the leaking walls, dilapidated paintings....etc c) Ceedeeyes sripurna...if you are visitng have a look at the water tank ...it is not only a problem for inmates but a security problem for the whole area...THIS IS A DISASTER WAITIING TO HAPPEN - that the tank may crumble..... Guys, please do not mislead and i am talking as an affected person....so people please be warned ...that is all I say.... Read More
