I was browsing through the reviews of different ISP's and suddenly found some like minded person's review in this section. Yes it's about Sify written by tak_saand and Kfigz. Yes indeed Sify is a real frustrating ISP. Not only their poor customer support but their quality of service as well. ...Read more

I hope all the minor problems would be solved during 2nd servicing. As I already had driven it around 2000km so i thought of giving it for the 2nd servicing to the kinetic engineer rather than getting it checked just once. One good news is there is a new Kinetic shop and showroom opening just near m...y house. I hope I will find some skillfull technicians there. Right now apart from the engine idling problem other problems are more or less solved. Only one confusion I am having is in terms of mileage. Sometimes I am getting very huge sometimes not. Might be because I have driven my vehicle too slow for past few weeks due to excessive rain and water in Bangalore. Anyway keep posting if you have any comments further. Happy Diwali to all of you.Read More

Thanks to everyone who has given their valuable comments on my review. I will reply here individually all your doubts. Reply to Mr. Sudip: Sudip I think what Vikas told is absolutely correct. I had been to two service centers but none of them is having a Tachymeter. To my greatest astonishment... they didn't even hear about one. I think kinetic really needs to upgrade their service centers or atleast put some rule on the dealers to maintain a minimum level of standard. However the problem I think was with the fuel flow over all not only with the idling. One service center guy roughly has tuned it though it is still lower than the required RPM I suppose. Still the condition is better. Now it only gives me problem in the morning during starting. Reply to Mr. Raja: The mileage I am getting is quite unusual. It's around 45-50 which people won't believe so I haven't provided.:-) Once again, I think Mr. Sudip is correct. As the engine idling was too low so petrol flow was less. But you have to choose whether you want mileage or harassment in the middle of road when 20 cars are honking behind you. Reply in general: Call it bad luck or faulty vehicle but my fuel meter is not working now. One dealer told that I can get it replaced for free only if I go to the dealer from whom I purchased it. I don't understand why the dealers are so dumb(or they do it intentionally to avoid hassle) that they don't understand that the warranty comes from the company and not from the dealer. The guy in the shop charged me 100/- but asked me not to tell it to the shop owner or he would charge 200/- for the fuel meter. Even after that also he couldn't fix it properly and unlike earlier when it was showing reserve even if the tank is full now it is showing full even if it is in reserve :-) Good news is Kinetic sent me a mail saying they want to inspect my vehicle. Lets see if it solves the problem. I will post again once it is done. Till then bye and a very Happy Dussera to allRead More

This is the first time I am writing a review. Honestly I don't have much experience with bikes and this is my first vehicle. I had to take a tough decision while buying it. I was utterly confused which vehicle to buy. While I could see Honda Activa all around the town, but all the reviews said t...Read more
