Your experience is harrowing and scary. When traveling and using services of Make My trip etc., Before I step out, I ensure I have double checked with the hotel that they have my booking and ask them if I am required to bring any document, paper etc. I don't like surprises.

Since you have already submitted for for internet banking, you can generate your password online, by going to Personal login page of IDBI and giving your mobile no., account no. and customer id. Or you could even try clicking forgot password. But I think previous step should solve your problem.

After one year, I start receiving bizarre mails from @mouthshut_official asking for 'proofs such as your invoice, bills or receipts and Name of Purchase '. I am not all praise for the services of this site. But today, my perfectly genuine review has been marked as 'FAKE'? And, to prove myself, why on earth, will I share my financial statements with mouthshut, whose team is not even fit to judge the authenticity of a review. I have not written many reviews but whatever I wrote have been 100% from my personal experiences of life. Since I used to travel a lot, many of my reviews had been about travel, tour companies and other travel related services. Getting foreign exchange from a website was another unique experience that I had from this site and so I wrote this review. I am glad, I have stopped writing for mouthshut a long time ago. @subeett. Did you forget Sahara Channel's favourite movie 'Maalmaal Weekly'? They must have shown it thousands of times by now. Regarding earning MS points, I will like to tell you that you get 50 points for a negative review and 40 points for writing a positive review. You must remember to share... your reviews on your FB/Twitter account and never copy anyone's review. MS also focuses on quality of your review but it may disapprove your review, for any random reason and send you a mail regarding the same. Whether others rate your review or leave comment on your review, your MS points do not get affected. You will get 1 MS point for rating and 2 MS points for leaving comment on others review. By rating and commenting, at the most you can earn 30 MS points on day. But do not stop after you earn 30 points in a day, because later you will find your points have been deducted by 5-10 points. Therefore, to be on a safer side, rate and comment for more no. of reviews. Again never try to copy any review or lines from any website. And if you want a particular person to read your comment, please add '@' before his name.
