Pathetic Service by so called topmost citibank

Dear Citi bank,


Few highlights of your pathetic service provided to me




  1. I had opened salaried bank account with Citibank while I was in service to Cybage. after that this account got converted to saving bank account and this is the point from where I got to see the real face of Citibank corporation.




  2. You raised NRV amount from 25000 to 1Lakh, and on non maintenance of this amount you are deducting 600 rs+ 87 rs(tax) from my account since last 6 months. seriously? many account holder cant even maintain 25000, if I have 1Lakh I will invest it on something else rather than to keep it on your bank account to lay an EGG.




  3. I am still holding citi bank account just because I have a personal loan linked to citibank saving account. this is purely my mistake to take a loan from such a degrading bank sector.




  4. Their is no online provision of changing bank details from where next personal loan EMI's should be deducted. yes I need to do this prior closing my citibank saving account.




  5. Just to change bank details associated with my personal loan account. I need to mail 3 ECS form along with 1 cancelled Cheque to chennai office. and I did that THRICE(since October/2015) each time form got rejected because of some wrong information provided by your customer service executive only.( please refer point no7)




  6. Don't you have courtesy to tell me via email, msg or call about what is wrong in the form? every time I get this news when I call customer care to inquire about status and on top of that they also don't know the reason of rejection.




  7. There is no co-ordination between your customer service executives as all have given me different answers to my queries. Just because of this my request is still pending, and yeah I know you are SORRY for this so called inconvenience caused.






E.g: I provided new bank details of my husband to be linked to my personal loan just because I didn't have any cheque-book on my name. According to them, this was ok as their concern was EMI to be paid on right date. but on recent conversation they contradicted saying that new bank details should be on the name of personal loan account holder. If this information would have been provided to me on the very first call, then I could have not wasted both my money and time(not to mention mental trauma I have gone through with each call to your customer service executives)




  1. 1 can easily assume that you are deliberately rejecting my forms so that you can enjoy income of 687rs/customer each month.

Its my request to my friends not to indulge in any relationship with Citibank.
