Also, I heard that many countries has credit cards which need another authentication from mobile phone (response to SMS asking to confirm the purchase/debit). I do not believe this. 1. Their service is pathetic. 2. No website interface 3. No email /preson responses 4. Ever busy customer support numbers I have ICICE credit card after bad expereince with HDFC. That is lot more better in all the above areas. Regards, James
