Hi Shraddha, you had opted for an alternate flight with the airline directly and rescheduled your ticket to 18th April. In case of flight cancellations and schedule changes from the airline either a full refund or one-time free-of-cost reschedule is applicable which was availed in this case. Assured... benefits do not apply to the rescheduled bookings which is mentioned in our terms and conditions for user reference. The cancellation will be as per normal airline penalties now.
