I feel this review is:
Had booked a flight through their website which got cancelled due to weather conditions. Every time I call, they request for another 72 hours since their back end team is working on the refund. Not sure what they are working on apart from wasting my time. Not sure if I will get my money back from them or not but looks like they are frauds
