It is the same case with me. Initially i was excited about these guys after reading the story about them on rediff. Only to realise it is very difficult to provide good customer service. something wrong with this company. Possibly they are bankrupt (sorry i dont mean to badmouth). I also had this problem. I never understood the reason for this problem To solve this problem i gave my for service to a private service center, where they charged around 1400 Rs including service with Swing arm bend removal, fronth fork bend removal, wheels truning etc. They told me it is main...ly because of Swing arm bend. I could not deny this becasue i used drive in really bad roads with heavy loads. Check your bike for swing arm bend.Read More

Hi Friends, Everybody says monoshock is great and even tell that it cannot be even doubted or questioned!!!. Just having monoshock is not good enough, it shud be properly engineered and customized for that particular application. May be Monoshock is suitable for race bikes very much.
