Is there a stability problem with Unicorn?

I bought my Unicorn in Sep 05, which is my first bike. My model had spokes however I got

it changed to alloy wheels from Honda itself. I strongly feel that I have a problem

with stability, as soon as I bump it in a pit, I loose control over the bike

and it moves away from the line of riding. After riding for a while at low

speed, it gets back to normal. I’m not quite sure, if it is because of the alignment

of the back wheel or mono suspension or the rear tyre pressure (I changed my

tuff-up tubes to a normal one when my bike got punctured).

Can someone help me out what would be the possible reason

for the above issue and how to overcome it?

Apart from the above issue I didn't encounter any problems with Unicorn, it is very comfort, smooth to ride & it  gives me a mileage of 55-60km/hr.
