[CaseID#10150866] redBus ticket cancelled(TIN: TD4Z78892927).
Within a day I cancelled my return ticket(March end 2011) and got confirmation email and SMS. Thats all.
I have been writing to Redbus customer support for past 4 weeks, always get the normal reply as I would get my refund in 4 days. I sent over 50+ emails, no response . NO live person to pick up the call. #1 cheats, no shame in replying back with lies.
