they are the worst ever. I had several bad experiences. They just debit your account without information and i had to fight hard to get it reversed. Their deductions are based on simple economics. They realise that the charges they debit from each customer is small and therefore the customer would n...ot fight for it as the effort is not worth it -- the opportunity cost is the time and cost foregone in getting the amount reversed -- their sales executives almost never pick up the call and some of them are pretty rude.Read More

agree with the folks in the forum that their service is exemplary.....it can be used as a case study in management colleges to highlight what a business should do to go down the path of failure. If you want guaranteed failure follow the infibeam model. The formula is : Dont care a damn about the cus...tomer. Get his money and forget him. junk review....either you are not aware of the industry service standards and you are used to delays and accept them as a part of life in India or else you are an infibeam employee. Seriously in my experience flipkart delivers faster and is far cheaper.

Order : 10299070 Sub Order - 19241576 --- i dont know what the suborder means. However I have already got the copy of the book from other vendors ( for your information, i got the delivery the very next day after making the booking --- you can check out for yourself --- check the time of booking and... delivery for any order of yours and cross check it with any other vendor say FLIPKART --- your delivery is probably the slowest among all online shopping portals----atleast that has been my experience.Read More
