The service is absolutely unbelievable. It has to be experienced to be believed. It generates a loud 'wow' for being exceptional. Exceptional in being the worst that a service provider can provide. I had ordered a book on 02.03.2013. This is the message that I got

The only reason I booked the order through infibeam was that the price quoted was lesser than other service providers. The book cost was Rs.400 whereas infibeam offered it for Rs.327. So I thought it worthwhile to wait and get it rather than cancel my order.
However since I did not get the book till 13.03.2013, I decided to log in and check the status and the message I got was
8 Mar, 2013 5:39:45 PM Your Order Has Been Cancelled (Product is Out Of Stock)
If the company has been serious about its service it need not have mentioned as 'in stock' in the first place. I would not have wasted my time on the same. Having given its commitment on the book being in stock it should have made arrangements to get the book delivered, atleast, that is how any decent company should react to such a situation.
They dont even have the decency to apologize for it. Simple formula : Don't care a damn about the customer. Anyway there are hundreds of others waiting to be fooled.
