Agree and second the views above. I have been at a receiving end too. Its very painful if you have any problem with the products you shop.. all is well until you have a problem with the product you purchased. Flipkart's customer care just ignores to respond.

I agree with Shipa. Even i have had different problem with this vendor (WS Retail) with whom flipkart has tied up with. I had even suggested them they may have to revisit their vendors with whom they have tied up with.
