Guys I'll recommend you all not to buy a single Electronic gadget from Flipkart.com ever, they provide the worst services and they won't check the product before sending it to you, won't respond to your complains, I'm telling all that from my own experience.
I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 920 handset, I was happy with the delivery. But my happiness was short lived when just after 2 days I started facing problems with my phone, the display started flickering, low battery life, overheating to name a few.
I thought there might be a problem with my device only so called up Flipkart.com for a solution but they didn't even respond to my complaint. They just kept saying someone will call you in 24hrs but no one did. So I requested for a replacement so they said item was out of stock so they would refund my money but still no one has picked up the phone from my place yet and its been 6 days i.e. I requested my return on 23rd and today is 29.
Everyday they are just delaying the pickup by saying it will come to pick up in 24hrs. I'm sick of their services.
I'm going to lodge a complaint against Flipkart.com in consumer court now. They have fooled a lot of customers by now I can see all the complaints here. It seems like they knew there was something wrong with the phone but still they sold them here as good.
So, I would suggest you not to buy anything from Flipkart.com.
