Hope the owners of Woodlands retain the woods next to their restaurant and keep some greenery in Chennai and also provide a cool eating place. Dear Phuddulal:You seem very well informed of the medical insurance industry. You have mentioned Royal Sundaram, who have launched medical insurance policies. Royal Sundaram's policies are right now being administered by a TPA. I do agree with you that with several branches of GIC's subsidiar...ies you can get good service. However, in general they do not serve customers courteously which they are expected to do. That is of concern. I too am a great fan of Drucker's and after reading your review am tempted to complete reading this book, which I had bought but not read. One thing you could have done is to break the main part of the review into paragraphs so that... the readers are not fatigued by having to read a lengthy paragraph. The information Drucker gives is mind boggling if not mind blowing!
