Guys I want to update here. After contacting there appellate.southabts I got my problem resolved within 48 hrs. Better late than Never.

I feel that any day u should go with k10 for its features. As far as price is concerned On road price is 3.97L. - 20k cash discount(I got only 15K) - corporate discount (2k to 2.5 k depends on you company.) - 4190 extended warranty(can take it later also) + get a deal on accessories they give fr...ee I got remote locking & sun film for 1000. So total for me it was 3.75 L + Rs 1000 (for sunfilm + remote locking deal) which will be cheaper by 5K now as cash discount is 20k now. My advice:1. Check with spark also, same budget you get really good deal. 2. If alto only check with Pratham & RNS also. May take some time but will get best deal. 3. Don't buy insurance from dealer buy it from outside. Will get better deal i purchsed tata AIG in the less cost. 4. Whatever you get deal take in writing & check the writing before dealing in money.
