Plz read through full to make an opinion.
I have recently purchased New Alto K10 Vxi from Bimal Auto Agency, Mahadevpura, Bangalore. I had a dilemma in starting for alto & spark. Ultimately made my mind for Alto 800cc. I went to showroom with the purpose to buy with down payment. But when I saw Alto 800 Lxi, I really didn't like it. In display they show Lxi full bright & colorful but when you got to see the actual you got to know that for the vehicle they showed in display you have to spend another 30-40k. Whereas the same features are available in k10 which mere cost u 50k more + 200cc extra + the power n list goes on (Really damn good car to have).
For me things were very rosy in start (down payment day) I was very happy coz it was my first car. I thought to buy music system that day only for my car. The sales person showed me Kenwood & JVC system & JBL speaker. I chose 2+2 JBL speaker & JVC system & asked the quote. Which they told me 13.7K after some negotiation he agreed on 13k. I agreed & went happy home.
After this there was no follow up on rest of the payment & delivery of the car. I myself called them when can I expect the delivery. They told me it will take only 2 days once you make full payment. I done the payment & decide on the delivery date.
On delivery day somebody from showroom & fixed the delivery time 3.45. I went there with my family around 3.10 & got the delivery at 5.45. :-( . Every thing was good except AC of the lounge was not working, idol & perfume they gave was not MGA standard, Vehicle was not cleaned properly & then came the shocker. I checked the system & found the sound quality is not the one which I felt at the time of purchase. I inquired about it they told me they have fitted JVC system + JVC speaker Mind you they told at time of purchase JVC system with JBL speaker. They showed me the quotations it was written JVC. So I admit mistake on my side to trust the Maruti or Bimal, caution to any buyer please check what they write, don’t trust them. You will be disappointed.
But all is well that ends well. I am happy to buy Alto k10 its just amazing car, they rightly told "Pocket rocket".
Guys I am Editing this because of the follow ups which Bimal made after my feedback to them.
Frankly speaking I never thought that they care for customer feedback that much. After my feedback I got call from different departments to resolve the issue. One thing which even I have felt should have done from my side is to escalate the issue to higher management. Any ways after these follow ups I want to say that I am happy that I chose Bimal because They Really care for customer. bEst Of Luck Bimal.
