It was not a pleasant experience for me with Bimal Auto. I was very keen to have a Alto K10 as my first car, and was 99% sure to go for that. One sales-person met me regarding the discussion and offers the Bimal was providing. He came to me for the TestDrive also in Time for both Alto & Astar, and I was impressed with that.
Bimal was offering nice accessories in November 2011, but I told them I will be taking the car in Dec, 2011.
In December Bimal again came out with better offers with Cash Discount of Rs5000/- more. But they removed all the accessories they mentioned in Nov, 2011. When I asked the sales person regarding this, whether he can manage at least the Remote keyless and the Sunfilm (Provided in prev month). He started denying all the time. He was totally determined not to give any accessories.
I asked him if you can manage at-least those two, give me a call I will come with all the required docs and book immediately. Now the real story, 14 days have been passed, he didnt call and didnt try to me convince also. I moved on. Went to Hyundai and saw the offers they were giving with i10 were really awesome (the comfort and engine of i10 is far better than Maruti-Suzuki), booked the car and came back.
Next day the persons calls me and asked whether I am booking the car, I was really surprised, getting call after 2 weeks, upon informing about i10, he is telling "Thank you to wasting my time". I really choked me lot. How come a sales person tells a Customer such a arrogant sentence. Its totally depends on the customer whether he/she will but the products.
Bimal must take care of such Sales-person, and also careful when announcing Year End Offers.
