I am a big time Airtel fan let me tell you I am holding Airtel Mobile from the day I am having mobile(some 10 yrs back). Currently having 2 mobile number & 1 broadband connection(for last 5 yrs).
In month of September I was told from customer care that I can opt for Rs 500 topup plan after which I can make unlimited calls to anywhere in India. I agreed & again confirmed with them on 4-5 october whether it has been activated. I was told it is activated from 28 sept 2011. Next month bill I recieved was Rs 1944. When I called & asked them I was told after so many efforts that it's a back end mistake it was not updated in records & they told me that they have updated it in record & will revert extra amount back in my account.
I was satisfied & thought it will be done. But to my shocker on 14 dec 2011 I received again the bill amount Rs 1771. & no money reverted to my account.
After so many efforts & wait customer care tells me that it is activated from 22 November. That was heart breaking that if a brand like Bharti can't stick to its word. What a common man though a loyal customer could do. Don't know whom to contact. At last saying bye to Airtel I think.
