Pls go ahead with consumer court. Those people should respect customers. You have paid money for it. Its not free. Slap atleast 50K fine. Update the same in forums then others will also follow you and at last company will realize customer is KING.

As of now Dr Radheshyam's assistant(Dr. Sagar) comes and checks with patient but he is not good at all. he takes decission ...on his own without consulting senior doctor.
