I have loan a/c in RACPC koramangala branch.They have debited SLOP charges twice from my a/c for no reason.
I have requested a refund since two months and there is no action on that.Every other day i send reminder but they dont bother to reply.Many people have appraised the pathetic service on RACPC in mouthshut.
If other banks are offering better services than SBI then its good to go to them instead of SBI.
I have escalated this issue to Nodal office, local GM and branch GM still there is no reply from them. Very pathetic service.
