It's been only 6 months since I bought Videocon D2H HD box. From the first week the set top box has complaints. It took more than 5 minutes to get switched on. Complained from time to time. They sent service engineers who has no idea what to do.
Sometimes the customer service guy will ask you to go and turn the Dish by yourself. Silly isn't it. When you complaint , they register the complaints and then later close the complaint without your consent. For me 60% of the time, the box is down. Quality of HD Channels are miserable. I am now filing a complaint at Consumer Court. Those who doesn't know the value of customer service doesn't deserve to be here with a product.
